Satay Pork Meat Balls | Slow Cooker Pork Recipes | Easy Slow Cooker Recipe | Slow Cooker Recipes NZ

Mix and make the meat balls and the mix and pour over the sauce, cover and set to cook - and then when you get the crazy end of the day, the hard part of dinner is ready and waiting!

All you need to do is make some rice and put a salad or some steamed vegetables together and dinner is ready.  If I have time and think of it, I will often cook the rice ahead of time and just reheat it to serve.  I find cooking double the amount of rice one night a great time saver too - you just have to be careful not to over fill the plates the first night, or it's a meager store the next night!

What a pleasure it is to own a slow cooker! A great recipe for any time of the year and one the whole family is sure to enjoy.
