  1. I am loving your recipes!!
Where do you get korma (or any curry paste) from? Just the supermarket? Do you have a prefered brand? What is the difference between a paste, and a jar of the ready made stuff?

    Thanks

  2. Hi Jo! Greggs brand red curry paste in a jar in spice isle at the supermarket is awesome, other pastes are available from the international isle at the supermarket. Sometimes you can find spice pastes in a tube in the chiller in the fruit and vege sections (near the fancy lettuce dressings). To make a paste is extremely time consuming, and involves a huge ingredient list... not my style these days! So pleased you are enoying my recipes! :) Thanks!
